Supervisor

Hireo Workforce Pvt. Ltd. is inviting applications for Supervisor Jobs in Haryana and Delhi NCR. We are looking for responsible, organised, and hardworking candidates who can supervise employees, manage daily operations, monitor work quality, and ensure that assigned tasks are completed efficiently.

The selected candidates will oversee workers and staff members in factories, warehouses, manufacturing units, offices, shops, and other business operations. They will distribute daily tasks, monitor employee attendance, check work progress, maintain discipline, resolve basic workplace issues, and report operational updates to management.

Candidates should have good communication, leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills. Previous experience in factory supervision, production, warehouse management, or general operations will be an advantage.

Freshers with good leadership abilities and relevant educational qualifications may also be considered for junior supervisor positions.
