Welcome to Hireo Recruitment & Placement Services Pvt. Ltd. By accessing, using, or availing our recruitment and placement services, the Employer/Company agrees to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are legally binding and applicable to all employers, companies, HR representatives, contractors, and hiring partners associated with Hireo.


1. Recruitment Services

Hireo Recruitment & Placement Services Pvt. Ltd. provides recruitment support including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and placement assistance for employers across various industries and job categories.


2. Hiring Requirement Information

The Employer/Company must provide accurate and complete information regarding:

• Job Role/Profile
• Salary Structure
• Duty Hours & Shift Details
• Job Location
• Vacancy Count
• Qualification Requirements
• Employment Terms & Conditions

The Employer/Company shall be solely responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of the information shared with Hireo.


3. Recruitment / Service Charges

The Employer/Company agrees that Recruitment/Service Charges equivalent to 40% of the candidate’s first month salary shall be payable to Hireo Recruitment & Placement Services Pvt. Ltd.

The Employer/Company shall deduct the applicable Recruitment/Service Charges directly from the candidate’s salary and transfer the same to Hireo Recruitment & Placement Services Pvt. Ltd. on the same day the salary is released to the candidate.

The responsibility for deduction, collection, and payment of the applicable charges shall remain solely with the Employer/Company.

Any delay, non-payment, concealment of joining, or withholding of salary/payment information may result in suspension of services, legal recovery action, penalties, and permanent blacklisting from Hireo services.


4. Interview & Joining Updates

The Employer/Company must share complete and timely updates related to:

• Interview Status
• Selection/Rejection Status
• Offer Letter Confirmation
• Candidate Joining Status
• Final Salary Offered
• Employee Retention Status

Failure to disclose accurate joining or salary information shall be treated as a violation of these Terms & Conditions.


5. Candidate Ownership & Protection

All candidates introduced, sourced, referred, or shared by Hireo shall remain protected candidates of Hireo for a period of 12 months from the date of profile sharing.

The Employer/Company shall not directly or indirectly:

• Bypass Hireo Recruitment & Placement Services Pvt. Ltd.
• Share candidate profiles with third parties
• Hire candidates outside the agreed recruitment process
• Avoid applicable recruitment charges

Any attempt to circumvent Hireo’s recruitment process shall be considered a breach of agreement and may result in legal action and financial liability.


6. Confidentiality & Data Usage

All candidate information shared by Hireo including resumes, contact details, databases, and documents is strictly confidential.

The Employer/Company shall not:

• Misuse candidate data
• Share candidate information externally
• Store or circulate profiles without authorization
• Use Hireo candidate data for unauthorized purposes

Unauthorized use of candidate information may attract legal action under applicable laws.


7. Verification Responsibility

The Employer/Company shall independently conduct all necessary verification procedures including:

• Document Verification
• Background Verification
• Medical Verification
• Skill Assessment
• Employment Eligibility Checks

Hireo acts solely as a recruitment facilitator and shall not be held responsible for candidate misconduct, document discrepancies, or performance issues after hiring.


8. Replacement Policy

Replacement candidates may be provided at the sole discretion of Hireo and subject to availability, replacement terms, and business conditions.

Replacement shall not apply in situations including but not limited to:

• Salary Delay or Non-Payment
• Unsafe or Illegal Working Conditions
• Major Changes in Job Role or Salary
• Employer Misconduct
• Company Closure or Operational Issues


9. Professional & Ethical Conduct

The Employer/Company agrees to maintain lawful, professional, and ethical conduct with candidates and Hireo representatives at all times.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Fake Job Offers
• Misleading Commitments
• Salary Fraud
• Harassment or Exploitation
• Illegal Employment Practices
• Forced Deposits or Unauthorized Deductions

Violation may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of services.


10. Suspension of Services & Recovery Rights

Hireo Recruitment & Placement Services Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate recruitment services
• Hold candidate sharing
• Recover pending dues
• Claim compensation or damages
• Initiate legal proceedings

in cases involving fraud, non-payment, policy violation, misconduct, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.


11. Limitation of Liability

Hireo acts only as a recruitment and placement facilitator. Hireo shall not be liable for:

• Candidate performance issues
• Employee misconduct
• Internal disputes
• Financial losses
• Business interruptions

The final hiring decision remains solely the responsibility of the Employer/Company.


12. Termination of Services

Hireo reserves the absolute right to terminate or refuse services without prior notice if the Employer/Company is found involved in:

• Fraudulent Activities
• Misrepresentation
• Non-Payment
• Abuse or Misconduct
• Violation of Applicable Laws
• Breach of Terms & Conditions


All disputes, legal notices, or proceedings shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in [Your City/State], India.


14. Acceptance of Terms

By sharing hiring requirements, conducting interviews, selecting candidates, or using Hireo services in any form, the Employer/Company confirms that it has read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions mentioned above.
