- Qualification: Graduation (Any Stream)
- Experience: Fresher & Experienced both eligible
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff management
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Handle billing, inventory, and stock management
- Manage staff scheduling and training
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards
- Resolve customer complaints professionally
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations
